About these terms

Stedevo is operated by Francesco Delacqua, an individual developer based in Illinois, United States. These terms describe Stedevo’s website, membership benefits, and optional account service.

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard License Agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or create a custom app license. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.

Stedevo is a fitness tracker that helps you plan and record workouts and review your training. Its estimates and training insights are informational; they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choose activities appropriate for your health and experience, and consult a qualified professional if you need advice about exercising safely.

Who can use Stedevo

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stedevo. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must also have a parent or legal guardian’s agreement where required by applicable law. Parent or guardian agreement does not make Stedevo available to anyone under 16.

Using Stedevo responsibly

Use the account service only for your own authorized activity. Keep access to your Apple Account, Stedevo sessions, and downloaded backups private. Do not access another person’s account, bypass access or storage limits, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful material or files you are not entitled to use.

Your workout records and exercise media remain yours. Choosing account backups allows Stedevo to store and process those files to provide the backup, recovery, and deletion features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Free and Pro

Free includes four working routines and ten usable custom exercises, access to the built-in exercise catalog, and no tier-specific limit on exercises within a routine. Core workout logging and full workout history remain available without a subscription or Stedevo account and work offline.

Pro removes the working-routine and custom-exercise limits and adds detailed training analysis and insights. Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Pro Lifetime provide the same Pro package. Buying more than one Pro product does not add together their backup allowances.

If you move from Pro to Free with more routines or custom exercises than Free allows, you choose which four routines and ten custom exercises remain usable. Excess items are preserved and can be viewed, exported, or deleted. They require Pro to reactivate; you cannot freely swap them into your confirmed Free selection. A vacant slot can be used to create a new replacement.

A downgrade does not erase recorded workout history or prevent you from finishing and saving a workout already in progress. Upgrading restores access to preserved excess items.

Apple purchases and billing

Pro purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple shows the price, currency, and billing period before you confirm. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple, under the purchase terms Apple displays.

Use Manage Apple subscriptions to review or cancel a subscription. Canceling renewal normally leaves Pro available for the remainder of your paid period. Access also reflects any grace period confirmed by Apple. An approved refund or Apple revocation can remove the affected purchase.

Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription. Cancel any unwanted renewal separately through Apple. Signing out, removing the app, or deleting your Stedevo account also does not cancel Apple billing.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to check purchases associated with your Apple Account. This restores eligible purchased access, not deleted workout data or backups. For refunds, follow Apple’s refund request instructions; eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law.

Lifetime Pro

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase of non-expiring Pro access, including Pro’s bounded backup allowance. An unrelated subscription expiring does not end Lifetime access. A refund or revocation of the Lifetime purchase can remove that access.

Lifetime does not include separately purchased future AI services. No AI service is offered by this release. “Lifetime” describes the absence of a purchase expiration date; it does not promise compatibility with every future device or operating system.

Accounts and purchase linking

You do not need a Stedevo account to use local Free features or buy and restore local Pro access. Optional cloud features require a separate Stedevo account, Sign in with Apple, and your choice to use account backups. Your App Store Apple Account may differ from the account used for Sign in with Apple.

Where account-linked Pro is available, you explicitly link a verified purchase to your Stedevo account. One purchase can support one live cloud account. It cannot be transferred away from an account that still exists or is still being deleted.

After the previous account has been fully deleted, you can explicitly verify and link an eligible purchase to a new account. This recovers purchased benefits only. It does not recover the deleted account, its credentials, or its backups.

Backup files and optional cloud backups

Export Backup and Restore from File are available in the iOS app for Free and Pro without a Stedevo account. Export saves your current app data as a recovery file. Restore validates the selected file, shows a preview, and replaces the current app data only after you confirm. It does not merge two histories or restore an Apple purchase.

Exported and downloaded files contain personal information. Compression reduces file size; it does not add password protection. You control where your files are saved and who can access them. Save a copy outside your phone if you want to recover after losing the device.

Optional account backups are complete cloud recovery snapshots. A backup is successful only after the service verifies the uploaded file. Check its status before relying on it. Download on the website saves an existing cloud snapshot; it does not export unsent data from your phone. File restoration takes place in the iOS app.

The membership backup policy below applies when membership-based backups are available for your account. Cloud features may have a different release schedule from local app features. Your account’s backup screen shows the snapshots currently available for recovery.

  • Free: one rolling latest snapshot. A verified replacement can replace the previous snapshot.
  • Pro: up to three recent snapshots, selected automatically across latest, daily, and weekly history when available. This is the same allowance for Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime.
  • Canceling renewal: Pro cloud history remains available through the period you have paid for. Cancellation does not immediately end Pro access.
  • After confirmed expiry or another verified loss of Pro access: automatic retention keeps the latest snapshot under Free’s allowance. Older cloud snapshots may be deleted without a recovery grace period. Save snapshots you want to keep before Pro ends. Compatible exported or downloaded files remain restorable in the iOS app without an account or subscription.

Retention is automatic. Snapshot dates depend on successful backups; the allowance does not guarantee a snapshot of a particular age or a fixed number of days of history. Incomplete uploads and pending deletions can temporarily use storage. Service availability and storage capacity can delay a new backup.

After restoring from a file, automatic cloud backups are off until you explicitly enable them again. Existing cloud snapshots are not replaced by the restore itself. The app keeps one local recovery copy of the data replaced by a restore, which a later restore can replace. This local copy does not protect against losing the device.

Deleting your account

You can request account deletion from the account controls in Stedevo. Deletion revokes account access and starts removal of stored backups and account data. Physical cleanup runs afterward and may need retries; the initial confirmation does not mean every stored copy has already been erased.

Account deletion does not delete local workout records from your devices, copies you exported, or records already written to Apple Health. Manage those separately using the app, your device, or Apple Health.

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. To stop future charges, cancel through Apple. Minimal purchase-recovery and deletion records can remain after account deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service and terms updates

Stedevo may receive fixes and updates, and online features can be interrupted by maintenance, faults, or events outside the operator’s control. Keep an independent copy of information you cannot afford to lose. Estimates, insights, and backups are not guaranteed to be free of errors.

Material changes to these terms will be explained in an updated notice, with an effective date and advance notice through the app, website, or account email where required. Any agreement required by law will be requested before the relevant change applies. Updating these terms does not by itself remove existing purchase benefits or rights protected by law.

Contact and your rights

For questions about Stedevo, these terms, or your account, email [email protected]. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or backup files in an initial support request.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
