A workout tracker that respects the work
Train with structure.
See the work add up.
Stedevo brings routines, focused workout logging, detailed history, and useful progress signals together in one local-first iPhone app.
Core training works without an account. Account backup is an optional, separate service.

Progress with context

Local first, connected by choice
Your training stays useful offline.
Stedevo does its core work on your iPhone. Accounts, backups, notifications, location, and Apple Health each have a clear purpose and stay optional.
- Workout planning, logging, history, insights, and achievements run locally.
- Apple Health profile import and workout export require explicit action.
- Workout location is optional, approximate in aggregate, and never turned into a venue or route.
Account backup portal
Portal availableRecovery files you can see and control.
The Stedevo service stores versioned backup files for your account. Review recovery points, download exact backup bytes, keep important manual backups, or delete them.
Automatic iPhone upload and in-app restore are still being integrated. The portal will only call a backup protected after the uploaded file has been verified.

Know what Stedevo does—and what it does not.
Do I need an account to use Stedevo?
No. Core workout planning, logging, history, and on-device training analysis are designed to remain useful without an account or network connection.
What can the backup portal do today?
The account service can verify and retain uploaded Stedevo backup files. Signed-in users can review backup history, download a recovery file, keep a manual backup, or delete one. Automatic iPhone upload and in-app restore are still being integrated.
Does Stedevo continuously sync with Apple Health?
No. Profile import and workout export are separate, explicit actions. Local workout completion and history continue to work if Apple Health is not connected.
How does Stedevo use my workout data?
Training records, insights, and achievements are processed on the device. Account backups are separate, user-controlled recovery files and are not used as a social feed or analytics stream.
